1. What is the procedure for hiring dedicated resources from MazeGeek?

-We have made the process ridiculously simple. After you share the project requirements, we will suggest some ideal candidates for you to choose from. Once the best-fit resource is selected, he/she will be immediately engaged to your project.

2. Is there a Project Manager to supervise the resources?

-Once the resources are on-board, each client is assigned a Project Management executive and is provided free of charge for communication. The project coordinator acts as a single point of contact for regular communication and query resolution.

3. Is there is an option of replacement in case of dissatisfaction with any resources?

-Yes, if a client is dissatisfied with a particular resource for a specified period of time then we will ensure free and timely replacement.

4. Are there any additional charges related to hiring of dedicated resources with MazeGeek?

-No, there are no hidden/additional costs for hiring dedicated resources.

5. How long does it take for the on-boarding process?

-It takes 1-6 working days for the resource(s) to come on-board for the project.

6. Is there an option of providing resources who work in flexible shifts?

-We provide the flexibility to schedule meetings at a time that is convenient for the client. Almost all of our customers are overseas and communication rarely is a challenge.

7. What is the reporting process of the work done? Do I get access to a project management software and timesheet reports?

-MazeGeek ensures that each client gets timesheet reports along with complete access of the project management tool at a frequency decided by the client.

8. How can I make payments to MazeGeek?

-You will be billed monthly, based on the start date of your worker. You can pay this using PayPal, Wire Transfer or, any major credit card.

9. How long will it take you to find me a suitable candidate?

-Since we only assign our in-house staff to work with you are your remote staff, we can offer you resumes for selection within 2-3 business days and assign them within one week of signing the contract.

11. What methodology does your development team follow?

-We follow Agile method for our development process.

12. I never hired a remote worker before, how will I manage them? Keep them motivated? Monitor them?

-There are several tools that give us the ability to create a virtual office. Even allowing for real time face-to-face communication! There are several tools available nowadays to mimic local office presence, many of we use ourselves on a day to day basis. You might even find that utilizing these tools works even better than what you’re doing right now.

13. What kind of support will I get from MazeGeek?

-We are here for you throughout the entire process, not just the sourcing and selection process. We will be checking in at regular intervals to ensure that things are operating as per your plan, and we will also check in at regular intervals with your remote worker. We take full responsibility for our worker’s presence and performance, and pride ourselves on always staying on top of that. You will always be aware of what is happening. Communication is the key to success.

14. What types of role are you able to fill?

-We can fill a variety of roles for Web & Mobile domain.

15. What if I would like to request a pilot project before signing a contract?

-We can do it on your request after settling all details. The payment (or a free option) depends on your pilot project requirements and scope.

16. What is the lead time required ramp up the resources?

-Dedicated team for your project will be set up quickly to initiate work within few hours of project acquisition.

17. How can I manage my developer performance?

-We use project management tools like Git, Zoho and others to manage projects and stay connected with you via Skype, call or emails.

18. Will I be subjected to cancellation fees in case we decide to cease this partnership?

-Not at all. However, we will need at least 1 month notice, so that we are able to transition the resource(s) into other projects.

19. What sort of security measures have MazeGeek employed to protect my intellectual property?

-We understand and are fully committed to protecting our clients’ intellectual property. All of our employees sign NDAs and we also sign NDAs with our clients.

-Our standard security measures include restricted access to our offices, firewall and antivirus protection, a strictly-enforced password policy, and system administrator support.

-In order to provide you more transparency, our resources assigned to you will be open to working on your system or environment.

-We are open to adding more security measures if requested.

20. Is your organization ISO certified?

-Not yet. We are working towards seeking an ISO 90001 certification.

21. How long would it take to compile an entire software development team from the very beginning?

-The length of time required to put together an entire team would depend on the nature of your requirement and more so on the number of developers you need. We will be able to provide you a precise timeframe once we had the preliminary discussion about your project.
